Ingredients
Sirloin Roast 3-4 lb
Good Seasons Italian Seasoning - 2 packages
Giardiniera (Mild) - 1 jar rinsed and drained
Peperoncini
French Bread
Trim all fat off roast. Place in slow cooker with giardiniera, Good Seasons
Italian Seasoning and peperoncini (stems removed and peperoncini drained)
Turn crock pot on on low and cook overnight overnight until beef shreds easily. Shred beef. Add water if needed if liquid evaporates off bottom of crock pot.
Serve over sliced french rolls.
