Meatloaf
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Garlic (powder or cloves), onion powder, basil, rosemary, Italian seasing to your taste
Milk

Topping Ingredients
Mix about equal amounts of catsup and light caro syrup

Preparation:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, and spices thoroughly (your hands work best) - don't be skimpy on the garlic and onion powder.

Add milk to the right consistency, you don't want the meat stiff, just add the milk slowly to the mixture, mix very well

Cooking:
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees until close to done, remove and spread topping on top of the meatloaf and put back in the oven until it is the right temperature.

Just in case you can't tell by the recipe, every time I make it tastes different as I do not measure - good luck :)
