1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup lite corn syrup
2 bags puff corn
Spread puff corn over cookie sheet.
Boil butter, sugar, and syrup for 5 minutes.
Pour mixture over puff corn.
Bake at 250 degrees for one hour.
*** Note: Caramel corn will stick to pan if it sits too long (maybe use wax paper).
